Plano Gets A New Burger Joint

There’s nothing us Texans love more than a good old-fashioned burger, but nothing is old-fashioned when it comes to a burger from Grub Burger Bar.

Founded in 2012 by Texas A&M graduate Jimmy Loup, Grub Burger Bar has 17 locations in Texas, Atlanta, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida and California. The Plano location is just one of six opening in 2016, and Corpus Christi will be the final location of the year on Tuesday, August 23.

The chef-driven burger bar features unique burgers like the Scorpion’, homemade sauces, and dairy-free handspun shakes that are all guaranteed to make your mouth water. An order of a cheeseburger and fries is just scratching the surface of what the fast casual restaurant has to offer. In addition to burgers, there are one of a kind salads and bowls, sandwiches, and tenders. Did I mention there was booze too? As if it couldn’t get any better from their signature cocktails, beer, spiked shakes, and in-house ‘Grub’Ritas’ the drinks at Grub Burger Bar pair effortlessly with the food.

Grub Burger Bar Plano is located at 8255 Preston Rd. Suite 300, Plano, TX 75024. Weekly hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
